Sunday we tried once again to curl Emma's hair. This curl lasted no more than 10 min. She has straight hair like mom that just won't curl. Oh and yes this is a recent picture with the bangs that she cut herself.

Try using those pink sponge rollers that you put in her hair while wet and then let her sleep in them. The work great for my girls.
I have tried those but she wont sleep in them, she wants to pull them out.

okay, so i have this same problem. when i HAD to have curly hair in high school i had to spray with cheap aresol hair spray (cheap is best/strongest and i had to use A LOT!), curl with rollers and leave in for about 45 minutes, take out, spray again, let dry, and then fluff. now, those curls did stay, so that's what i would try if i really wanted curly hair again...you could probably get the same results with a curling iron, but will emma stay still that long?
You guys curl your kids hair? I used to do different chongos (ponytail) styles to look nice and pull the hair out of the face. I have no fashion sense.
