My new favorite thing
Ok so while the kids have been asleep for the past 2 hours (wow has it been that long) I have been on www.lds.org
you click on Gospel Library and then click Music. It is so cool, you can sing along with the hymns they help you learn the notes & memorize the words. I knew they had that but the new thing that is so cool is the all the song in ASL. (American Sign Language)
If you know me I love to sign and this a great way to practice. Wow I am so excited. So go check it out and have fun. You can also down load songs to your MP3 player.
Another first!
Here is Emma at her first primary activity! The kids got mission calls and got to hear from a few missionaries (old & new) and they did all sorts of fun actv. races, card making, decorating cookies, etc, they even got a passport. Emma held on to her passport untill the last rotation of classes and she stuck it throught the vent in the gym. Sigh...I wanted to save it. Oh well at least I have some pics. I was only there because I was asked to help with a class.
Poor Girl
Poor Emma I am letting her hair grown out (this includes her bangs, remember she cut them a while ago) and I usually pull her hair to one side or just out of her face but in the swimsuit picture she has hair in her face. Poor Girl! And the reason she has her swimsuit on in the dead of winter is not because it is 72 degrees today but because we went with some of our friends to an indoor pool. It was alot of fun.
The second picture is her in her favorite nightgown. This is the only nightgown I have ever bought her, she picked it out and she loves it. She would wear it every night if I let her. I think she needs more night gowns if any one it looking for a gift. (p.s. she is in size 5/6)
Is this a castle?
Nope it is not a castle, just a really large a beautiful home we drove past. Steve and I like to explore. Since we have lived here for just a little while and this state is so big, we love to go exploring different cities. We usually do this on a Sat. afternoon and we end up finding a new park to let the kids out and play. Last week we discovered Keller, TX. Lets just say WOW! We are not looking to move anytime soon, but eventuall will probably move closer to Steve's job.
Ok these are pics of Steve when he was a young boy. Cute hu! The older boy in the middle pic is his older brother Jeremy. Who if you know them their son Micheal looks just like his dad!
This is a neat pic from Scotland my inlaws took a while ago. I just ran across it and thought it looked neat!
Park Loving Family
Even though it is winter we have some days that are just beautiful. We always try to take the kids to a park on days like these.
